According to Microsoft, the transfer of data on USB devices are limited to keep the performance of your computer
if your machine featured the minimum performance as quite low RAM capacity of 1024MB or less a 1GHZ of single core processor with a lower low frequency 1.5GHZ (P4 single core or other manufacturer).
Windows8.1 cut data packet 64K, and because of that your system has not held more memory resource during the transfer.
But if your machine has enough good configurations, for example, Itanium, or RAM4Go more than that.
Then accelerate the transfer of your USB peripheral by cutting up to 2MB package.
The first thing to do is to edit the Windows registry to increase the transfer speed.
- Then, press two keys WIN + R and type "regedit". And press OK or enter.
When the Registry Editor displayed, please navigate to the following key:

Click on 054C00C1 key, then right click on the empty part is entitled and then choose the new 32-bit DWORD value, even if you use a 32bit Windows8.
Appoint "MaximumTransferLength" the new value and then double-click on it to open.
On "Base" choose "Decimal" and enter the value 2097120 on "Value data" and click OK.
Make this action for the other keys on USBSTOR.
When all this is done, close the window registry and then restart your computer.
You can do this technique with other versions of the operating system as Windows 7, windows8, windows10.
