Here is a simple method to create a USB boot for Windows 7.

With this tutorial you need a computer with a DVD drive to play the system and make a copy to USB before installing it on another computer that does not include a DVD player. Here are the steps to follow ....

First:
You must place the DVD of Windows 7 system in the first computer drive. and insert the USB drive into the USB port of the same computer, and copy the DVD file to the USB key (copy / paste).

When the operation is complete: launch the command prompt (cmd.exe)

- Press the "WIN + R" and type "CMD" all without quotation marks or go to the Start menu and type Run "CMD"

-A Window as it opens (this is the window of the "command prompt" or MS-DOS command to the old OS).

-On The command prompt: type the following command line that transforms the USB stick "USB boot" or Bootable USB flash

g:\boot\bootsec /nt60 g:

Here "g" is the letter of your USB drive on the workstation, if your hard key is F: must be replaced "g" with "f"

NB: copy control with maximum precision

-After Bootsect_ there is a space and also after nt60_

-Do Not confuse '/' (slash) and '\' (backslash)
